Often seen on the runway this season are clothes with dimensional details. This look has filtered down to stores like Anthropologie and J. Crew. By adding something to your outfit that has dimension you can bring it to life. Pair it with something simple to set it off- a dimensional ruffled tank with fitted jeans and simple ballet flats. Enjoy! -J

I love the design on the box and the sophisticated simplicity of the bottle, I wonder if it smells nice? -J

Estee Lauder has created a virtual makeover tool on their website that allows you to upload an image and test their makeup on it (there is a default model face if you don’t wish to upload a photo). It’s a great way to see how colors look on you! Like trying on the makeup before you buy it! Fun and very helpful. Click Here.
Ever have trouble deciding whether or not a nail color will look good on you and/or suit your skin tone? Check out OPI.com. Using their virtual hand you can ‘paint’ its nails with the color you choose. You can also change the skin tone and length of the nails to give you a better idea of how it will look. A great way to see all of OPI’s fantastic colors and figure out what color is right for you. Click Here. -J
Pantone is pleased to announce PANTONE 15-5519 Turquoise, an inviting, luminous hue, as the Color of the Year for 2010. Combining the serene qualities of blue and the invigorating aspects of green, turquoise inspires thoughts of soothing, tropical waters and a comforting escape from the everyday troubles of the world, while at the same time restoring our sense of wellbeing. Turquoise is a beautiful color and goes with every season. It looks great in summer and spring when everything is bright and happy and it still looks great in fall and winter when things can be a little drab. It brightens everything (that’s a good thing). I would say that Pantone did a fabulous job choosing the 2010 color of the year! See my evidence below! -J
